Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are included in the price of The Big Green Box.
NOTE: A $10.00 charge will be assessed by UPS if return delivery is scheduled. This charge can be avoided if you have regular UPS deliveries. Simply hand the
box to your UPS driver, who must take the box at no additional cost. Also, if you DO NOT have regular UPS deliveries, your boxes can be taken to a local UPS drop off point for shipment at no additional cost.

To ensure that your package arrives safely and securely, Big Green Box partners
with shipping industry leader UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email
that will confirm your shipment.
Estimate Product Arrival Times
Want to know how long it will take your product to arrive?
Just follow these easy steps:
- From the “Home” page, click on the “Products” tab.
- Locate the “Information” box on the left hand side.
- Click the “UPS Order Tracking” link.
- Type in the “UPS Tracking Number” in the space provided.
- Click the “Track Packages” button.
Backordered Products
A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. You will know
a product is backordered prior to ordering if you see the message (circled in red, below
to the right) on the product detail page.
If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email
notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel
your order.
Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30
days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive
an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time,
you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.
We do not charge your credit card until your item actually ships. Backorders benefit from
our online price guarantee. If the price drops at the time of shipment, you will automatically
pay the lower price.
